  1. How do you find all this stuff?
    One of the great things about running a store like Sweetheart's Nest is that I get to "shop" all the time.  When ever I see something that strikes my fancy it is likely to become part of our vast selections. 

  2. Is there a retail location we can visit?
    Sweetheart's Nest has only online presence at this time.  Retail stores are fun, but expensive and geographically limiting.  We have decided to bring the best and most interesting gift items directly to your house through the internet.  Many of our regular customers enjoy the flexibility our our "store hours" since we're able to take your order anytime during the day or night.

  3. Are your prices competitive?
    My goodness, yes.  Part of the fun of shopping is to score a great item and to get it at a bargain.  We are able to keep our prices as low as possible by carefully managing our overhead and expenses.  You won't find stuff like this just anywhere, and certainly not at these prices.

  4. What about shipping?
    We ship most orders within 24 hours and charge just enough to handle the cost of shipping.  You get to enjoy our low prices with the convenience and economy of not having to drive all over town to find such exquisite gift items.

  5. Can I ask a personal question?
    There is no harm in asking a personal question, and we recommend using our contact form to do so.  Of course, if the answer is also personal, we might refuse to give an honest response.  But try it out, we'd love to make your acquaintance.

  6. My wife (girlfriend) wants something special, can you help?
    One of our favorite things is to help you select the ideal present.  When you contact us, start by telling us a little bit about the person you will be giving the gift to.  Then let us know an approximate budget, and anything else about what makes your relationship special.  We've been able to come up with some fantastic matches before, and are always up for the challenge.  Let us help you out.

  7. What are your shipping methods?
    Our shipping methods vary between the US Post Office, UPS, Fed Ex. For customers that only provide a post office box items will be shipped by the US Postal Service.

  8. When will I receive my order?
    In most cases your items will arrive in 3 to 14 business days. Some of our products are made to order. You will be contacted if additional time is needed.

  9. I paid with a personal check, how does that work?
    Your order will be sent after your check clears with our bank.

  10. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks & Personal Checks. We also accept Paypal which includes the previous credit cards listed and also E-Checks for your convenience.

  11. What about sales tax?
    At this time the state our company is located in has no sales tax.

  12. What do I need to know about paying with a credit card?
    The billing address that you provide us with must match the billing address to which your credit card statement is mailed in order for your credit card to be validated and processed.

  13. Will I get an order number or confirmation number?
    Yes. A unique order number is assigned to each transaction. It is sent to the purchaser on their confirmation email.

  14. Are passwords case sensitive?
    Yes, passwords are case sensitive. If you accidentally have your Caps Lock on, your password may be rejected. User names (email address) are not case sensitive.

  15. I can’t remember my password, what do I do?
    Click on login & “I forgot my password”.

  16. What if I realize I made a mistake after an order has been submitted?
    Just email us anytime with a detailed message of the problem at customers@sweetheartsnest.com Be sure to include your phone number & order confirmation number and we will follow up with you personally.

  19. What is your guarantee?
    If you are not happy for any reason please send your order back to us in it’s original condition & packaging to 12042 SE Sunnyside Rd Box 406, Clackamas Oregon 97015 with in 30 days by US Mail or UPS. In most cases shipping is not refundable. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned item. Exchanges will be given at a discounted shipping rate for your convenience. For orders paid with a check or money order we will issue a refund check and for credit cards we will credit your account. Our goal is to provide the best customer service & worry free transactions. You are our # 1 priority and we sincerely appreciate your business!

  20. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
    At Sweetheart’s Nest we pay special attention and care with every order. However, on occasion orders get damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect when you receive it keep the original box and packaging. Either email us at customers@sweetheartsnest.com or call us at 1-800-466-1224 and we will do everything possible to make sure you are ultimately happy with your purchase.

  21. Can I check the status of my order online?
    We are unable to provide shipping information at this time. However you may e-mail us and we will be happy to provide you with the status of your order.

  22. What is the best method of placing an order?
    You may order online, fax or mail in the order. If you choose the payment method of check or money order the confirmation that is printed to the screen is formatted so you can print it and use it as a packing slip/invoice slip. It also gives you the option of writing down your credit card information if you prefer to send it through the mail instead of over the internet.

  23. Can you explain safety issues concerning using credit cards?
    Credit card fraud is a concern that happens primarily if the credit card is stolen. Because of the theoretical possibility that the number could be captured during an online shopping transaction, your credit card processing company receives that information through a secure site that is encrypted (Linkpoint). They handle many thousands of online transactions every day. Credit card numbers and expiration dates are not kept on the website server at any time.

  24. What if an item is not available when I order?
    You will receive notification if an item is on back order. All back ordered products will be shipped as soon as the merchandise becomes available.

  25. Does Sweetheart’s Nest have a retail store?
    No, not at this time.

  26. I’m trying to print a page off your site but it cuts it off. How do I make the entire width of the page to print?
    Select File, then Page Setup and pick Landscape from the Orientation box.

  27. Can I order a catalog of your products?
    At this time we do not publish a paper catalog. We will be producing one in the future!

  28. What if I placed an order and found something else I want?
    You can go ahead and place a second order and mention the previous order number in the comments box. To help you save on shipping we will combine your order and charge the appropriate shipping rate for your convenience. This only applies to orders not yet shipped. Generally, this works as long as it’s within a couple of hours after you’ve placed your first order.

  29. Do you offer products wholesale?
    Not at this time, we are strictly retail.

  31. What about international shipments?
    I will notify you of the exact shipping charges for Canadian and all other international orders will be sent by email once the actual shipping costs are calculated.
